Preparations Guidelines:
All ovens vary - these are guidelines only. Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.
Pan frying : Add 2 tbsp. of oil to the pan, pre heat the pan on medium heat, add tenders on the pan and fry 4 min. at medium heat until the breading is golden brown, turn occasionally, appx. every 30sec.
Warning: medium heat depend of heating device can create fast burning, temperature and preparation time can be increased or reduced.
Airfryer: Preheat Air Fryer for 200°C, place the tenders in the frying basked and keep them for 8 min. on same temp.
Deep fry: Preheat Deep Fryer for 180°C, place the tenders in the frying basked and keep them for 2,5 min.
Oven (not recommended: tenders not juicy)
